• Name, address and nationality of the applicant
• Power of attorney, “simply” signed and sealed by the applicant (notarization or legalization is not required);
• List of goods and/or services, preferably in accordance with the latest edition of the Nice Classification;
• Sample of trademark/ service mark (in electronic format especially for figurative marks); and
• If “priority” claimed, date, number and country of priority application
Trademark Renewals:
• Trademark registration no.
• Power of attorney, simply signed and sealed by the applicant (notarization or legalization is not required)
Name / Address / Status Changes:
• Trademark registration no.
• Power of attorney, simply signed and sealed by the applicant (notarization or legalization is not required)
• Official document showing the change (notarization or legalization is not required)
Assignment/Merger Recordals:
• Deed of assignment/merger, signed and stamped by both parties (with apostile),
• Power of attorney by the assignee (notarized)
License Recordals:
• License agreement signed and stamped by both parties (with apostile),
• Power of attorney by the licensee (notarized)
Please be advised that the following data must be provided for the actions in Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic:
• Name, address and nationality of the applicant,
• Power of attorney, for the trademark applications in Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic, the power of attorney must be legalized with apostil if the applicant is not residing at Northern Cyprus,
• List of goods and/or services, preferably in accordance with Nice Classification.
• Sample of trademark/ service mark (in electronic format especially for figurative marks);
And
• If “priority” claimed, date, number and country of priority application
